Apology

BTW. I got an offline gripe earlier today politely taking em to task
"lecturing" (not my intent, I just have an overcompensated writer's block),
and for citing the DOM's level_3_issues.html without remembering that isome
of the folks involved in this discussion don't have access to it.

My apologies for both.
