DPF: multiple inheritance

thanks for your comments of the 2nd Last call of DCI:

As per your request we have changed the IDL and all references to
remove multiple inheritance from the interfaces, while adding text to  
indicate that
when implementing DCI, they should inherit from both Node and  
EventTarget.
