https everywhere fail

Recipe:

1) Do a web search for "SVG namespace"

2) Find result:

> SVG namespace - W3C
> www.w3.org/2000/svg
> Diese Seite übersetzen
> This is an XML namespace, first defined in the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 1.0 Specification and subsequently added to by SVG 1.1 and SVG 1.2. The SVG ...
> ‎Scalable Vector Graphics - ‎SVG - ‎XLink namespace - ‎Disposition of Names

3) Following the link takes you to http://www.w3.org/2000/svg which gets
redirected to https://www.w3.org/2000/svg though. That page says:

> This is an XML namespace, first defined in the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 1.0 Specification and subsequently added to by SVG 1.1 and SVG 1.2. The SVG namespace is mutable; names may be added over time by the W3C SVG Working Group by publication in W3C Technical Reports.

...but it's not the correct XML namespace, as the scheme name is incorrect.

Proposals:

a) do not redirect for namespace URIs, or

b) modify the text content of the HTML to make clear what the actual
namespace URI is.
