​110 is blocked on 117 which 'needs follow-up'.
128 is your placeholder on "making progress on open issues"
130 might be a 'won't fix'
133 needs discussion
142 has a reasonable (to me) proposal and could transition to "needs
implementation"
144 ditto 142
146 is already closed
