Agreement to include some examples in web-platform-tests?

We'd like to incorporate material from [1] into the web-platform-tests repo. 

  [1] http://people.mozilla.org/~jdaggett/tests/radiobuttonnamecase.html

Can you confirm that you agree to license that material for reuse in the
web-platform-tests repo under the terms of the license at [2]?
