binaryType-wrong-value test

Hi Art,

Do you know the status of the binaryType-wrong-value.htm test for 
WebSockets [1]? It is incorrect according to the current specification 
(setting an enum attribute to an unknown value should silently do 
nothing rather than throw), and Firefox fails the test because it 
follows the specification.
