Streams API agenda item at WebApps' Oct 29-30 meeting?

Hi Feras, Adrian,

Mike added Streams API as a potential agenda topic for WebApp's Oct
29-30 f2f #Meeting.

I noticed Adrian will be at the meeting but it appears Feras did not
register to attend.

Adrian - can you Lead a discussion about the #Streams-APIe.g. what is
the plan for the spec, next steps, etc.?

Feras -if you want to participate remotely, we can use the W3C's
teleconference bridge. In that case, I presume we would want to schedule
the topic as late in the day as possible. If you want to go that route,
please look at the agenda and propose a day + time (#WorldClock) when
you can can join the #Meeting. Otherwise, we will take that agenda
topic when it "comes up".

-Thanks, AB

I added proposed topics for these:

   - IME API
   - Shadow DOM
   - HTML Templates
   - Streams API

Dimitri Glazkov isn't attending, so if we're going to have a discussion
about the Web Components stuff, somebody other than him will need to lead
it. Same case for the Streams API; I don't think Feras Moussa will be at
the f2f, but it would be useful to have a discussion about that spec, so I
hope we can get someone else to lead it.
