W3C, html.org and GoDaddy

Hi Ted,

I noticed W3C obtained ownership of html.org and is using GoDaddy for
registration services. GoDaddy has been supportive of SOPA in the past
and I would therefore prefer it if the W3C used another registrar.

Also, may I ask the reason behind acquiring this domain? Last I
checked with the previous owner it was USD 20.000.
