Media Type overview with IANA, Apache, Wikipedia data

Hello.

  The attached file is a tab-separated values file listing all the media
types that are as of today properly registered, listed in the mime.types
file that comes with Apache and used, listed but commented out, or have
a Wikipedia article on the english wikipedia with a Infobox file format
template mentioning the type (r, A, a, and w, respectively). As example,
these types are unregistered, but used in mime.types and on Wikipedia:
