Your vote on the Last Call decision poll states:

> The dated link given for "this version" (i.e. http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-html5-20110524/) is broken, so there is no stable URI reference to this specific version for discussion or later reference.

The dated link is NOT stable since we are in the process of preparing the documents to be published.  The link you quote will be the stable URI of the eventual Last Call document IF the poll is successful.  The Last Call decision poll is only planned to last for one week and we were not expecting that we would need to publish the candidate documents with stable URIs just for the poll.

As I suggested to Roy Fielding [1] if your vote on the decision poll requires that you reference material in the Editor's drafts that are referenced in the poll I suggest that you reference the material by Section number.

Please let me know if you require any further information or explanation on this matter.
