  I saw http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-accilent-at-sign-00.txt in the RFC
Editor Queue. I don't really understand what problem this is addressing;
it seems to be mostly about mistaken perceptions in user interfaces, but
not much technical beyond that. Is that correct?

I could not find mention of this draft or issue on the uri@w3.org or the
public-iri@w3.org mailing lists; have I missed it, or, if not, perhaps
you could post a pointer to your draft there?
