Date of WF2

Hey,

In the RDF version of the TR list (i.e., <http://www.w3.org/2002/01/tr-automation/tr.rdf 
 >), the recently published WF2 WD gives its date as 0001-01-01, which  
I think is slightly out. Could you get that fixed?

Also, the entire entry is different to how <http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-userint 
 > was handled: that has a supersedes element, but nothing was added  
otherwise for the published note of it being superseded.
