I was adding this to my pipeline earlier but I noticed that some of the 
IDL blocks seem to be getting missed. Any idea why?

For example:

http://www.w3.org/2009/07/webidl-check?doc=http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/complete.html&input=&output=html

...doesn't list "HTMLFormControlsCollection".
