Per http://www.w3.org/mid/01B2A04C-9F5E-4945-9903-65019241CFDC@nokia.com  
the WebApps WG agreed to publish another Working Draft of Access Control  
for Cross-Site Requests. If you can give me a publication date I'll  
generate a Working Draft version of the draft with that publication date  
in place.
