Acid3 and css3-mediaqueries, again

So there's one other test in Acid3 (test 46, item t) that is wrong
according to the latest css3-mediaqueries draft.  For details, see:

The group discussed this this morning and agreed to leave the
editors draft as-is (so that Acid3 is wrong).

Any chance you could fix the test accordingly?
