Dmitry, you have sent a number of proposals for advanced
features in HTML, and as far as I can tell, none of them
has met with any support.

Please review our charter and see that it calls for
a fairly narrow scope of work, dominated by bringing
W3C HTML specifications up to date with technology
deployed on the web since the 1998 release of HTML 4.
