The attached version of the WAI-ARIA specification is for  
consideration by the Protocols
and Formats Working Group.  I am using this mechanism to avoid  
burdening all their inboxes
with copies.

What's new in this version is that I have added prose in 6.3 that  
draws on Appendices
8.1.2, 8.1.3, and 8.1.4.
