Subject: bug 5822 and 5807 - accessibility related issues

Hi Mike, Chris

I referred bug 5807 (input device independent access to the title attribute) to the PF for further consideration, we had a discussion about it at yesterdays PF meet, which resulted in an action item [2]

I noted that bug 5822 (The headers attribute should be able to reference a td) [3] has been assigned to mike for "arbitration".
I think this issue would be of interest to the PF and consider that the PF could offer useful advice on the issue, so if you want it to be brought to PF's attention at this stage I am happy to do so.
In regards to bug 5807 I am particularly interested in getting browser vendor feedback on possible implementations, so any thoughts that Chris may have would be greatly appreciated.
