public-new-work

Hi,

Why is public-new-work-comments subscribed to public-new-work? This way I  
get all the e-mails twice. Since public-new-work-comments doesn't get much  
e-mail at all and public-new-work is low traffic maybe it would be better  
to merge the announce and comment list into one?
