You've sent it out three times, now. I see it listed under http:// 
lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007Jul/ three times, and  
that's the best archive to check if something has gone out. Under  
normal email setups (at a server end), you should get an email  
notifying you of an email that has failed to send.
