UDDI keygenerator tModels

Attached are four XML files for keygenerator tModels, which may be 
needed in (private) UDDI registries to allow someone (other than 
admin/root) to publish UDDI entries that use the key partition for 
W3C; that is, the part of the space of names for the uddi URI scheme 
under w3.org.  Also note that the "uddi" URI scheme has not completed 
IANA registration.  Three tModels were defined in Web Services Policy 
1.5 - Attachment [1], and they were assigned tModelKey's under a key 
partition for w3.org.  Specifically, [1] defines

uddi:w3.org:ws-policy:v1.5:attachment:remotepolicyreference
uddi:w3.org:ws-policy:v1.5:attachment:policytypes
uddi:w3.org:ws-policy:v1.5:attachment:localpolicyreference

These tModels were sent to www-archive also [2].
