Licensing Commitment for SMIL 2.1 Specification

 * [x] On behalf of my organization, we agree to all of the provisions of
the 5 February 2004 W3C Patent Policy, including the commitment to comply
with the W3C RF licensing requirements, for the entirety of the SMIL 2.1
specification, including those features originally defined in SMIL 2.0.
 * [x] In order to enable the accompanying exclusion period to end early,
we agree to waive any right to future exclusions with respect to the text
of the 13 May 2005 SMIL 2.1 draft.
