Can anyone explain why a search of Ontaria0.8 for 'SVG' finds:
http://tap.stanford.edu/data/W3CNote_SVG-access
but a search for 'accessibility' does not?

most db have shortcuts built in, but what mechanism is selecting the
key words for creating the db?

thanks
