Meeting Goal: To bring all task force members to the same page in knowledge of existing approaches to the problem, to define initial goals and issues that will require attention.

Discussion of User-Level Requirements - 15 minutes

• Who should use RDF-in-XHTML?
• When is it appropriate, when are other methods of RDF expression appropriate?
• Compatibility (XHTML1 vs. XHTML 2, earlier versions of HTML?)

Overview of Existing Documents and Approaches - 10 minutes (Ben)
