GRDDL CG Note listed as WG Note

Hi,

  The recently published GRDDL CG Note [1] is listed under "Recently
Published Working Group Notes" at <http://www.w3.org/TR/>. It's probably
not very useful to have separate categories for CG/WG/IG, hence I would
suggest to use a Group Note category for this purpose.
