Of course not!  That would be too much work!

Yes.  Use a four-dimensional table.  :-)  Actually that is probably not a
bad idea, you could have 

Test			Syntax			Entailment
			Euler ... ...		Euler ... ...

Partial views of this information would almost certainly be needed.
