Dan, I've quickly done a
cvs commit -m "refer to latest WD + some cleanup" HEADER.html
maybe we should have an overall Manifest.rdf

I'm trying to find the manifest of OWL test
cases.

I couldn't find it from the current WD
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-owl-test-20030217/
  http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-test/

so I went looking in the test area...
  http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/

and found it still describes the state of affairs
as of May/June last year.

Could you pleas update it? At a minimum, wipe out
what's there with "see the WD".
