Jeremy - I have found the changes and am now using
http://www.agfa.com/w3c/euler/AskJena.java
and then it runs and http://www.agfa.com/w3c/euler/#R3539
again passes 214 of the 268 tests in
http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/editors-draft/draft/Manifest
(but we will do better ;-))
