Jim, Guus your local organizers think we should start and end relatively late, i.e. meet at 9.30 a.m. and finish at 6.00 p.m. This is to avoid the worst of the traffic. HP will provide a coach between the hotel and HP. Julie will send a provisional food and drink agenda to you next week. Jeremy
