Here is probably your last chance to make suggestions prior to my first
summary tomorrow. I probably wont't send anything to Jim et al until as
late as possible: target is probably 9 am EST for all comments, so I can
submit something by 10 am EST (2 hrs before the telecon).

those to the webont list prior to tomorrow's call ("n hours prior" 
better than "immediately prior" :->)
