There is a COMMENTS element in the RSS specification (see an article at
http://backend.userland.com/weblogComments), but the value points to a
standard HTML page (see for example
http://radio.weblogs.com/0001011/rss.xml)

It would be great if the COMMENTS pointed to another XML RSS so that RSS
readers can easily parse them and show them on their user interface.

If you are aware of a better venue for this discussion, please let me
know.
