WYSIWYG scroll down is limited

In the WYSIWYG screen I get only what my monitor can handle vertically.
Scrolling down does not go beyond that vertical height. I have to split
screen and make changes in the source code (where scrolling works) for the
portion that is not available in the WYSIWYG screen section. This seems to
be a bug, at least for Vista64 with amaya 11.3 (Sep 9 2009).  Can it be
fixed?
