drag: select or move SVG ?

drag: select or move SVG?

Irène,

currently it's possible to select svg elements by dragging the cursor  
over them.
One can then copy and paste in a new document.

Is it currently possible to now drag the group or element to a new  
position?
if not, how is it intended this is done, at some time in the future?
