preferences issues

Whoops! I missed an update.  The new doc prefs seem to be holding in 10 
pre-2. Sorry about the previous message.

A few other preferences issues remain:
All of the preferences windows have a button that says "Error in 
Postscript Translation". Is that related to the earlier message about 
the mis-translated buttons?

In the preferences > Templates window, the down-arrow button (to 
rearrange the order of the templates) does not work.  The up-arrow 
button does work.
