[BUG] Accelerator keys in main menu

Amaya 10.0 pre 1 on Ubuntu Linux 7.10

The top menu bar has accelerators (indicated with &)

&File &Edit &Views Insert &Format &Links Tools &Help

Insert and Tools should get an accelerator and Format should get one
other than F.
