shortcut provokes focus loss in DD

Hi,
Happy new year to all!
And a small issue ... please try the following test case:

   1. new XHTML document
   2. ^h ^d creates an empty definition list
   3. enter any text in the <dt>
   4. enter twice to move to the <dd>
   5. as you want the <dd> to be in <code> press ^i ^t or click the "Code
   on/off" button
   6. now if you enter text it goes nowhere in the page: the insertion
   point is lost.
