Hi,

In Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP, when a new xhtml 1.0 strict document is created, 
the iframe and ruby XHTML menu options are not greyed. If the user tries 
to create one of these elements, the elements can not be created. As 
soon as the user writes some text, the options are greyed. The menu 
options should be greyed from the beginning.
