Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP: Updating table of contents

Hi,

In Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP if the user updates a table of contents, the save 
button does not change, even if the table of contents is modified.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document with some h2 elements
2. Create a table of contents (XHTML > Add/update table of contents)
3. Modidy one of the h2 elements
4. Save the document
5. Click in the table of contents and update it (XHTML > Add/update 
table of contents)

The document is modified, but it can not be saved.
