Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP bug: editing form menus

Hi,

Editing a form menu has never been easy in Amaya, but in old XML
editing mode the structure view opened automatically and it was
possible to add new elements. In the new editing mode, I have been not
able to create a menu with several options. How can it be done?
