Amaya 9.99-2 WinXP regression: change doctype menu does not work

Hi,

In Amaya 9.99-2 WinXP, the "File > Change doctype menu" does not work. A 
XHTML document can only be tranformed into a HTML Transitional document 
and a HTML Transitional document can not be transformed at all. In 
previous options, all types of transformations were possible.
