Amaya 9.99 WinXP bug: closing last tab

Hi,

Sometimes, Amaya 9.99 WinXP hangs when the last tab is closed (see 
attached image). It does not always happen, but sometimes it does. 
Unfortunately, I have not found a reproducible way to cause this bug.
