Can I remove the <?xml version defualt? from suttercain on 2007-10-17 (www-amaya@w3.org from October to December 2007)

Hi everyone,

When I create a new XHTML Strict 1.0 document, Amaya automatically enters
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> 

Is there a way to set up Amaya so that line of code is not entered? Thanks.
