I have changed all fonts in fonts.hl.win and now it views Armenian font in every charset. Thank you. Now I have another problem. When I write in armenian (not in english) it's everyting ok. But when I try to open created file by Amaya it views armenian text straight reversed. Other browsers (Opera) view text correctly.
