how to create new document from template and make book ?

Pdf version of Amaya manual under /creating new documents/ says:
/To detach new document from template choose New from File Menu and then
select From Template/

Template capabilities description is missing in html version of the
Amaya manual at all.

1. /From Template/ selection is actually missing in /File/ menu !

2. Valuable Make Book (why call Index a Book !?) function lucks of
description.

Pdf version manual does not have Index at all.
Html help version missing search option and sorting alphabetically.

Absence of above functions or other snippet tools makes Amaya useless
for creating any multiple page web sites.
