css1 test suite

i noticed that your #1 priority on roadmap is css

so i started with the really old css1 test suite but
did not get too far into float stuff before failure

shows simple left/right float that failed in 9.54 

css 1 is really old spec and i think you should be working
hard to at least get to that stage .... css2.1 is near ready
and css3 is well under way .... so css1 should be a given by now
