8.54 crashes if %20 appears in href

Amaya 8.54 on Windows 98 SE

To reproduce, double click on any link for which the href= value 
contains '%20' (percent-two-zero), denoting a space in the URL.  
Example: at BeallSprings.org, click on the link "Baker / Beall cemetery".

Popup error message:
