W3C test annotation server, W3Cmail & SVG

how to proceed when the authentication dialogue requires a name and  
password?
"If your group does not yet have their own annotation server you can  
try out the W3C test server http://annotest.w3.org/annotations."

also is there any plan for a W3C mail program?
I ask because I filed bugs with Thunderbird, AppleMail and Opera to  
display SVG attachments inline.

Could I file an enhancement bug for annotation to support SVG? or  
would that be an annotea bug?
