Re: 8.53 Bug: Soft hyphen behaves like hard hyphen

Hi Irčne,

When an author uses a soft hyphen in a word, it is not the author that creates a line break, it is (or should be) automatically done by the software. Amaya 8.53 (and a couple of previous versions) does not create a line break. Thus the bug.

Hard hyphen never (or should never) creates a line break.

To quote the HTML Spec:
"The plain hyphen should be interpreted by a user agent as just another character. The soft hyphen tells the user agent where a line break can occur."
