8.53 Bug: Adds "/" for IMG on HTML 4.01 documents

This bug first occurred in version 8.52.

Regarding HTML 4.01 Strict and Transitional documents:
Amaya 8.53 adds a slash for IMG: <img src="image.png" />

I have checked the following Empty elements, but they are not affected:
BR, COL, HR, INPUT and PARAM.
