8.52 Bug: LANG attribute is removed for META "generator"

If a LANG attribute for META "generator" is declared, Amaya will remove it when saving.

This is a concern when another language than English is declared for the document (e.g. <HTML lang="sv">).

Also (as previous versions) when the META "generator" attribute is present, Amaya will remove the author's value and add its own.

It is not good that Amaya change the content without notifying the author.

Before saving with Amaya:
<meta name="generator"
content="EditPad and Amaya 8.52 (www.w3.org/Amaya)." lang="en">

After saving:
<meta name="generator"
content="amaya 8.52, see http://www.w3.org/Amaya/">

("amaya" should be capitalised.)
